A lack of clarity?
When you don’t really know what it is you want from your business, you might be experiencing a lack of clarity.
Maybe you aren’t clear on who you’re meant to serve, or can’t quite envision what it means to take your business to the next level. Or maybe you're not able to fully picture staying home with the littles while earning a regular income.
A lack of clarity can stop you and your promising business right in its tracks.
Imagine knowing you have a meeting in an hour, but you have no idea where it will take place. Not even a map can help you if you don't have the address or name of the building or some sort of indicator of where you need to be. You need clarity.
How do you gain a little bit of clarity?
#1 - Visualize what you want. Think about what matters most to you. What would you consider to be a win over the next year? What might your life and business look like if you achieved your dream?
#2 - Take a step back and do some brainstorming. Get all of your ideas out on paper. Use your favorite journal or notebook, or open up Trello or Evernote to get everything out that's stirring on your mind - be sure to include everything big and small.
#3 - Review and reflect on #allthethings Recognize what feels right. What stretches you out of your comfort zone? What ideas create resistance? Reflect with a trusted friend or collaborator who knows you and is familiar with your business.
Doing this exercise can help you find the clarity you need to achieve great things, and will help you create focus and direction to take the next steps in your business.
Okay my friend, I'd love to hear, what did you discover?
